【Job Description】
- Formulate and implement the company’s financial management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations.
- Responsible for preparing the company’s financial budgets, implementing cost control, conducting financial analysis, and providing decision-support.
- Supervise and manage the company’s financial accounting, treasury management, and financial statement preparation to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of financial information.
- Responsible for handling the company’s tax affairs, including tax filing and tax planning.
- Coordinate with external audit firms to ensure the smooth conduct of audit activities.
- Participate in the company’s investment decisions and provide professional financial advice and risk assessments.
- Manage and develop the finance team to enhance its professional capabilities and operational efficiency.
【Skill Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, financial management, or a related field; candidates holding the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification are preferred.
- At least five years of experience in financial management; candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector or at publicly listed companies are preferred.
- Well-versed in national financial regulations and tax policies, with a solid foundation in financial expertise and extensive experience in financial management.
- Possesses exceptional financial analysis skills and is able to provide robust support for the company’s decision-making.
- Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with internal departments and external organizations.
- Possesses strong team management skills and is capable of leading and motivating team members to achieve organizational objectives.
- Possess strong professional ethics and integrity, and strictly safeguard the company’s financial confidentiality.

- More than five years of experience in financial management.
