【Job Description】

  1. Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategies to drive sales growth for its products or services.
  2. Responsible for market research and competitive analysis, monitoring market dynamics and trends, and providing support for the company’s marketing decision-making.
  3. Manage and mentor the marketing team, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  4. Plan and organize various marketing promotion activities, including online and offline publicity, advertising, and sales promotions.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers, and expand business channels.
  6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and continuously optimize marketing strategies and plans.
  7. Track and analyze market data, and provide regular reports and recommendations.

【Skill Requirements】

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least five years of marketing experience; team management experience is a plus.
  3. Possesses exceptional market analysis and planning skills, capable of independently developing marketing strategies.
  4. Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, enabling effective interaction with team members, partners, and clients.
  5. Possess innovative thinking and market insight, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
  6. Proficient in marketing tools and channels, with experience in digital marketing and social media marketing.
  7. Possess strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
