【Job Information】

1. Position Title: Business Management Trainee;

2. Position eligibility: Graduates of the class of 2023/2024; major is unrestricted (with preference for economics and management majors).

3. Compensation and Benefits: Monthly salary of RMB 14,000, with a guaranteed minimum annual salary increase of no less than 10% for the first three years.

【Job Description】

1. Start in the front-line market: establish and visit clients, gain insights into their needs, and conduct statistical analysis of customer requirements.

2. Directly liaise with the General Manager to help refine the customer management system and optimize the supply chain management system.

3. Assist in building new business modules; assist in refining the corporate management structure; assist in exploring new business models;
