Promoting Healthy Living and Caring for Employees’ Health—Mining Investment Group Invites the Municipal Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to Host a Themed TCM Health Outreach Event at the Group
Promote a Healthy Lifestyle
To further promote a healthy lifestyle, effectively enhance all employees’ awareness of health protection, and ensure that care for their physical and mental well-being is truly put into practice, on March 26 the Mining Investment Group meticulously organized a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Health Outreach event themed “Promoting Healthy Living, Caring for Employee Health.” The event featured distinguished medical experts from Hezhou Municipal TCM Hospital who were invited to the site to provide professional TCM health services and disseminate knowledge about health preservation and wellness.

Caring for Employee Health
At the event site, a team of experts from Hezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital delivered two highly informative lectures on health and wellness, focusing on common health issues prevalent in employees’ daily work and life. Drawing on clinical cases and the specific health characteristics of the working population, the experts provided clear and concise explanations of “Causes of Sudden Death and Scientific Prevention,” thoroughly analyzing the triggering factors and early warning signs of sudden death. They emphasized key scientific preventive measures, emergency response protocols, and essential health-management practices related to daily routines, diet, exercise, and other aspects, thereby helping employees build a robust safeguard for their physical and mental well-being.

Health Check-ups Delivered to Enterprises
In response to physical strain caused by prolonged desk work and manual labor, experts delivered a special presentation titled “How to Prevent Occupational Cervical and Lumbar Pain and Maintain Knee Joint Health.” The session provided a detailed explanation of the causes and clinical manifestations of cervical and lumbar spine disorders as well as knee joint problems, while also sharing targeted preventive measures, rehabilitation exercises, and daily care tips. Using clear and accessible language, the presentation made specialized traditional Chinese medicine–based health-preserving knowledge more approachable and practical for employees, effectively addressing the everyday health concerns they face.

Following the briefing, free medical consultations and health advisory services were simultaneously offered on site. This traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) outreach event brought professional TCM health education and medical services directly to employees, effectively enhancing their health literacy and self-care capabilities while deepening their understanding of the Group’s people-oriented management philosophy. The Mining Investment Group will continue to prioritize the physical and mental well-being of its employees, guiding them to adopt scientifically sound health practices so that they can approach their work and daily life with greater energy and robust health.
