City Mining Investment Group Hosts Training on Full-Process Bidding Practices and Risk Prevention to Strengthen the Safeguards for Standardized Operations
Recently, the Municipal Mining Investment Group organized a specialized training session on the full-process practical operations and risk prevention and control in engineering construction project bidding and tendering. Key personnel from the Group, members of the leadership teams of its subsidiaries, and relevant business backbones attended the training.

This training is closely aligned with the practical realities of engineering construction tendering and bidding, focusing on the core objectives of end-to-end compliance and risk prevention and control, and systematically reviewing the key milestones and operational essentials of the tendering and bidding process. The curriculum covers critical modules such as the determination of situations where tendering is legally required versus those where it may be waived, standardized tendering procedures and requirements, key considerations in the preparation and review of tender documents, on-site organization of bid opening and evaluation, post-tender performance management, handling of objections and complaints, and prevention of integrity risks. The training is closely integrated with relevant laws and regulations, including the Tendering and Bidding Law and its Implementing Regulations, and employs in-depth analysis of typical cases to seamlessly link policy provisions with practical operations. It provides targeted guidance on common issues, frequently overlooked steps, and potential risks, thereby effectively enhancing the training’s practicality, guidance, and operability.
This training has significantly enhanced the relevant personnel of the Group’s understanding of and ability to effectively apply the laws and regulations governing tendering and bidding, elevated the standardization of the Group’s internal tendering and procurement processes, effectively mitigated integrity risks, improved management efficiency, and provided a solid foundation for the Group’s high-quality development.
