2. Quality Requirements
The goods provided by the quoted supplier shall be brand-new products.
3. Warranty and After-Sales Service
The warranty period for the signage is from the date of installation and acceptance. One full year: if the billboard has quality issues, free maintenance and after-sales service will be provided within 24 hours during the warranty period.
