The Group’s Commission for Discipline Inspection Conducts Supervisory Guidance in Xinhua Village on the Rectification of Issues Identified in the National Assessment and Evaluation Feedback for Guangxi
On the morning of August 23, Dong Qiangbin, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Mining Investment Group, visited Xinhua Village in Lishong Town—the Group’s designated poverty-alleviation village—to supervise the rectification work addressing issues identified in the national assessment and evaluation feedback for Guangxi.
At the Xinhua Village Committee, Dong Qiangbin carefully listened to a briefing by the village’s first secretary on the progress of addressing issues identified in the national assessment and evaluation feedback for Guangxi, and gained a detailed understanding of Xinhua Village’s work on monitoring for relapse into poverty, collective economic income, project construction management, and the development of specialty industries.
Dong Qiangbin fully commended Xinhua Village for its efforts in implementing the rectification measures in response to the feedback from the national assessment and evaluation regarding issues in Guangxi, while also offering comments and suggestions on certain problems encountered in the process. He emphasized the need to continue rigorously comparing actions against the problem checklist, drawing broader lessons from individual cases, and ensuring that all corrective measures are effectively implemented to guarantee the smooth completion of the rectification work; to continuously refine support measures and further strengthen dynamic monitoring and targeted assistance to prevent relapse into poverty; to bolster the village’s collective economy by prioritizing well-planned, long-term, and locally appropriate industrial projects that deliver tangible results; and to constantly enhance the work style of the resident team, resolutely combating formalism and bureaucratic practices in their work, so as to consolidate and build upon the achievements of poverty alleviation, and to ensure that all initiatives for rural revitalization yield concrete and effective outcomes.
