Lu Yu Conducts Research on the Operational Management of Zhike Company
On August 23, Su Yu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, conducted a research visit to Zhike Company to review its corporate operations and management.
During the field investigation, Su Yu carefully listened to a briefing on Zhike Company’s operational status, thoroughly inquired about the progress of technological upgrades to production equipment and the challenges facing the company’s development, and emphasized that the Financial Settlement Center plays a crucial role in enhancing financial management efficiency, mitigating financial and operational risks, and achieving centralized fund management and accurate accounting for the group.
Lu Yu emphasized that Zhike Company must strengthen its coordination with equipment manufacturers, adopt a reverse schedule to ensure the timely, quality-assured, and quantity-compliant completion of technological upgrading projects, and make all-out efforts to achieve the year’s targets and tasks. The company should further standardize its institutional framework, reinforce team building and corporate governance, explore innovative development approaches, deploy elite personnel to bolster the organization, and fully stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of all employees and cadres in their work and entrepreneurship, thereby driving continuous and positive progress in all aspects of the company’s production and operations. Moreover, the company must adopt a strategic perspective in viewing and prioritizing the Group’s reform and development initiatives, enhance communication and alignment with the relevant functional departments of the Group, forge a powerful synergy for rigorous implementation, leverage the advantages of a mixed-ownership enterprise, and make active contributions to Hezhou’s economic and social development as well as the transformation and upgrading of its high-end, green calcium carbonate industry.
