【Job Description】

  1. Responsible for developing and implementing production plans to ensure the achievement of production targets.
  2. Manage and coordinate the production team, monitor the production process, and improve production efficiency.
  3. Responsible for the maintenance and management of production equipment to ensure its proper operation.
  4. Control production costs, optimize production processes, and improve product quality.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and challenges in the production process.

【Skill Requirements】

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  2. Possess more than five years of production management experience and a thorough understanding of production processes and quality management systems.
  3. Possesses strong team management and communication/coordination skills, capable of effectively leading and motivating teams.
  4. Possesses cost-control and problem-solving capabilities, able to optimize production processes and enhance production efficiency.
  5. Preference will be given to candidates with training experience in Lean Production, Six Sigma, and related areas.

【Educational Requirements】

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

【Work Experience Requirements】

  1. More than 5 years of experience in production management.
